Var med och påverka den europeiska hemservicebranschen
Vår europeiska medlemsorganisation EFSI EFSI – European Federation for Services to Individuals genomför en stor europeisk enkätstudie, och efterfrågar ytterligare svar från företagare i branschen. Det är viktigt att arbetsgivarperspektivet kommer med, och vi rekommenderar därför våra medlemmar att svara på enkäten nedan.
Dear EFSI members,
The 2026 edition of the PHS Employment Monitor, the largest European survey dedicated to the Personal and Household Services (PHS) sector is open until April 9.
Since its launch on 9 February, the survey has already gathered more than 3,800 responses across Europe — a strong signal of engagement from the field. A special thank you to the ones that have been involved in this effort. Nevertheless, our work must continue to disseminate it to the widest group of actors possible, and reach a higher representation of employers and users in the sector.
The survey will remain open until 9 April.
While more than 3,800 responses have been gathered, we see a lack of engagement from the employer side across Europe and a big discrepancy in response rate based on the latest number we have:
Workers: 3,053 answers
Users: 622 answers
Employers: 134 answers (11 responses from EFSI)
In total, we have seen that from EFSI side, we have gathered a total of 47 responses, including employers, users, and workers, with a considerable lack of responses representing EFSI members’ countries, which are key for the sector. So, we really need to push these numbers up!
